I offer a money-back guarantee on T-shirts which are purchased at the regular prices. You can return a T-shirt for any reason at all, provided you return it to me unused and unwashed. It's perfectly OK to try it on to see if it fits, but if you want to return it, don't wear it or wash it even one time. You do not need to state why you are returning a shirt. When I receive it, I will then mail you a refund check for the amount you paid me for the shirt. Or, you can exchange a T-shirt, for a different size or even a different style of shirt. In either case you need to send the shirt back tome in unused condition so I can restock it. You can exchange for any other shirt I have in stock. If the shirt you are getting in exchange is more expensive than the one you originally bought, please include a check for the difference. If the shirt you are getting in exchange is cheaper, I will include a refund check for the difference when I mail the new shirt to you. If you got the shirt as part of a special offer (such as my "Ultimate Collection" offer) which included many items all for one price, you can't return the shirt for a refund. But you can return the shirt for a different size or style, provided the shirt is still in brand new condition as described above. For all the other items I sell, including my DVDs, buyer's guide, dealer directory and the poster, I do not accept returns or offer refunds. All sales on those items are final and there are no returns of any of those items. So please be certain you want the item before buying it. If you receive a DVD from me that won't play, or will only play partially, please contact me by e-mail and I will address the problem.
